Video and Network Technicians (Level I, II, and III's)

Point Rock is seeking candidates with in-depth knowledge of CISCO TelePresence Management Suite (TMS), Polycom/RMX, and Vidyo conference capabilities. Candidates should have demonstrated ability to provide superior customer support and service to key clients with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Primary duties would include:

  • Provide general troubleshooting and resolutions on VTC equipment
  • Perform site visits and installs at various locations in CONUS
  • Manage multiple customer issues and requirements on a daily basis


    This support shall also include and not limited to scheduling regular meetings, issuing notification to attendees, coordinating and briefing presenters, preparing agendas and handout material, preparing published minutes, reviewing and documenting incoming requests.
    Basic Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years experience/3-5 years experience/5+ years experience
  • Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration (Voice/Video) Solutions, voice and or video background
    Preferred Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience scheduling and troubleshooting of video and audio conferences, supporting multi-point, point-to-point, broadcasting video, dial-in/dial-out connections; additional audio add-on, speed matching and transcoding, data collaboration, network gateway, site certification, audio and/or video recording and multiple continuous presence modes on a continuous operational basis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member.
  • Strong problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action
