For federal agencies using GWACs, government-wide acquisition contracts, is a faster alternative to time-consuming and costly full and open competitions. STARS is an indefinite delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) that offers world-class IT professional support from qualified small businesses, and is available to all federal agencies. Point Rock Solutions was awarded Constellation I on June 13, 2017.
