One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus or OASIS+, is a suite of government-wide, multiple-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. This suite of services contracts is available for use by agencies throughout the Federal Government who hold a Delegation of Procurement Authority or DPA. OASIS+ is a collection of indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity or IDIQ contracts, of which the contract base period is five years with one option period of five years that may extend the cumulative contract ordering period to 10 years. Point Rock currently has been awarded three OASIS+ contracts within WOSB, SD, and 8a.
8(a) STARS III is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract engineered to provide cutting-edge technology solutions from award-winning 8(a) small businesses to federal agencies. Using 8(a) STARS III enables government agencies to access 8(a) firms through an established contract vehicle, bypassing traditional, open market methods to save time and taxpayer money. The 8(a) STARS III GWAC is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing information technology (IT) services or IT services-based solutions for the Federal Government. Contract Ordering Period: 07/02/2021 thru 07/01/2026 with one three-year option. Task Order Performance can go 5 years beyond Contract ordering end date. Directed awards are allowed for orders up to $4.5M.
